How to Brew Kanyonyi Coffee
Medium Grind, suitable for: Expresso machines and French press/cafetieres (plungers)
How to Prepare: Measure 2 tablespoons (14g) per cup (200ml) or to your preferred taste.
Stir and Steep: Stir the mixture gently with a spoon and place the lid on the French press without pressing down. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
Press and Serve: Slowly press the plunger down, separating the grounds from the brewed coffee. Pour immediately into your favorite mug and enjoy!
