How to Brew Kanyonyi Coffee

Add Hot Water: Pour hot water (200°F/93°C) over the coffee grounds in a circular motion to ensure even saturation. Use a ratio of 1:15 coffee to water (e.g., 30g coffee to 450g water).

Stir and Steep: Stir the mixture gently with a spoon and place the lid on the French Press without pressing down. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.

Press and Serve: Slowly press the plunger down, separating the grounds from the brewed coffee. Pour immediately into your favorite mug and enjoy!
